Singatron Group established "Singatron Enterprise Co., Ltd." in Hsinchu, Taiwan in 1976. Since 2000, the Group completed the expansion of production bases across the Taiwan Strait in Suzhou, Zhongshan, and Yancheng to serve more advanced, major industries.

While engaging in business operations, the Company actively practices sustainable development to align with international trends in balancing environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) progress. Through playing the role of a responsible corporate citizen, the Company aims to enhance its economic contribution, treat employees, communities, and society with friendliness, and foster competitive advantages rooted in sustainability. In promoting sustainable development, the Company assesses risks related to environmental, social, and corporate governance issues associated with its operations in accordance with the principle of materiality, formulates relevant risk management policies or strategies, and integrates them into company management and operations.

《Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy》 Code of Conduct and Integrity for Employees

Fairness, honesty, and integrity are vital business assets of Singatron. All employees must ensure that the Company's reputation is never compromised by fraud, disloyalty, or corruption. Therefore, Singatron established the "Code of Conduct and Integrity for Employees" in 2010, detailing the conduct and integrity standards expected of all employees.

Supplier Integrity in Business Operations

For external partners and vendors, the Company requires the signing and return of the "Supplier Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commitment Agreement."** Any party violating the agreement and causing damage to the Company will be held liable for compensation and subjected to necessary legal actions in accordance with the agreement.

Human Rights Policy

The Company is committed to respecting and safeguarding the fundamental human rights of all employees and stakeholders. We implement corporate social responsibility in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Conventions, and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct.

The Company strictly upholds the following principles:

The Company also requires its suppliers and business partners to jointly comply with this Human Rights Policy to establish a responsible supply chain. We will continue to protect human rights and promote sustainable values through training, audits, and grievance mechanisms.

Environmental Policy

To achieve the goals of sustainable corporate operations, the Company pledges to actively promote environmental management actions and has established the following environmental policies as the basis for all operations and decision-making. These policies apply to the corporate headquarters, all manufacturing facilities, and subsidiaries, and suppliers and partners are encouraged to adhere to them as well.

(1) Climate Change

1.1 Support global carbon reduction actions and set greenhouse gas reduction targets aligned with international initiatives such as the Paris Agreement and SBTi.

1.2 Conduct carbon inventory and disclosure, and drive low-carbon operations, energy transition, and eco-friendly product design.

(2) Water Stewardship

2.1 Assess water resource risks at all manufacturing sites, and implement water efficiency and recycling measures.

2.2 Maintain strict control and compliance monitoring of discharged water to prevent water pollution.

(3) Biodiversity

3.1 Evaluate the potential impacts of operational sites on natural habitats and species.

3.2 Adhere to biodiversity conservation principles, avoiding development in protected or ecologically sensitive areas.

(4) Pollution Prevention

4.1 Implement source reduction of pollutants in manufacturing processes and product design.

4.2 Control the generation and emission of air, soil, and water pollutants to comply with local and international regulations.

(5) Resource Efficiency & Circular Economy

5.1 Promote efficient material utilization, introduce alternative materials, and minimize waste during production.

5.2 Facilitate product designs that lean towards recyclability and reusability.

(6) Energy Management

6.1 Establish energy management systems (such as **ISO 50001**) to monitor and optimize energy efficiency.

6.2 Promote the adoption of renewable energy and gradually increase its ratio to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

(7) Waste Management

7.1 Implement waste sorting, recycling, and compliant management of final disposal.

7.2 Promote the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" principles to mitigate environmental impacts.

8.1 Periodically evaluate and comply with domestic and international environmental laws, treaties, and stakeholder expectations.

8.2 Strengthen environmental regulatory training for employees and carry out audit mechanisms.
