    Singatron Group Conflict Minerals Policy

    Singatron Group Conflict Minerals Policy

Singatron Group is committed to promoting corporate social responsibility and sustainable supply chain management while actively supporting internationally recognized human rights principles. We strongly oppose any mining activities that directly or indirectly finance armed conflicts, contribute to environmental degradation, or involve human rights abuses.

The minerals used in our products, including Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au), and Cobalt (Co), may be considered conflict minerals if sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (CAHRAs).

Singatron supports and complies with the following international regulations and industry standards:
1.Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act
2.OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas
3.European Union Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU) 2017/821
4.Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) requirements

To fulfill our commitment to responsible sourcing, Singatron undertakes the following actions:

1.We do not procure conflict minerals originating from conflict-affected regions unless they have been verified through recognized responsible sourcing programs. We avoid directly or indirectly supporting any groups or activities associated with armed conflict, human rights violations, or unethical practices.

2.We implement a mineral sourcing due diligence process and require suppliers to provide Conflict Minerals Reporting Templates (CMRT) and Extended Minerals Reporting Templates (EMRT) recognized by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). Relevant information is reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

3.We prioritize sourcing from smelters and refiners that have successfully completed the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP), and we promote a transparent and traceable supply chain management system.

4.We require our suppliers to comply with this policy and incorporate relevant requirements into contractual agreements. Singatron reserves the right to suspend transactions with or terminate business relationships with suppliers that fail to meet these requirements.

5.We regularly communicate our conflict minerals management practices and progress to stakeholders, demonstrating our commitment to human rights, environmental protection, and ethical sourcing.

Singatron will continue to work closely with supply chain partners to strengthen conflict minerals due diligence and improvement initiatives. Through responsible sourcing practices, we strive to contribute to a more sustainable and transparent global supply chain.
