Responsibilities and Functions of Each Department
1.Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee assists the Board of Directors in the development and evaluation of the Company’s overall compensation and benefit policies, as well as the remuneration of directors and managerial officers.
2.Audit Committee
The Audit Committee serves as a key element of the corporate governance framework. Through its professional expertise and independent position, it assists the Board of Directors in decision-making.
3.General Manager
Responsible for the overall management of the Company’s operations, including production, sales, and the planning and execution of operational objectives.
4.Internal Audit Office
Responsible for auditing and reviewing the Company’s internal regulations, processes, approval procedures, and related systems, and providing improvement recommendations.
5.Suzhou Plant (Singatron China)
Responsible for the R&D, production, and sales of connector products in the Eastern China region.
6.Zhongshan Plant (Singatron Zhongshan)
Responsible for the R&D, production, and sales of connector products in the Southern China region.
7.Technology Center
Responsible for new product and new customer technology development, as well as new product introduction (NPI) and technical support across all Group facilities.
8.Marketing & Sales Division
Responsible for enhancing the Company and product brand image, planning new product and market positioning and development, expanding domestic and international markets, and achieving the Company’s sales performance targets.
9.Administration & Finance Division
- Responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, and cost control operations; formulation and execution of short-, mid-, and long-term funding and cash management plans; establishment of annual budgeting and profit center systems.
- Also responsible for human resources management and development, corporate culture promotion, and employee services, as well as organizational planning and manpower allocation aligned with corporate strategy.
