    I. Code of Conduct

    The Company has established the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles, Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles, and relevant codes of ethical conduct to build an effective governance framework and strengthen corporate governance.

    Environmental

    Environmental Impact & Management

    1. The Group manufactures high-quality products and establishes systematized management cycles for eco-safety environments to comply with product, customer, and regulatory requirements, striving for non-hazardous operations, pollution prevention, and continuous reduction of environmental impacts.

    2. With connector design, manufacturing, and sales as its core business and the US and EU as primary markets, the Group has completed third-party verifications to maintain valid hazardous substance management and environmental systems, including ISO 14001 and QC 080000, while continuously executing hazardous-free, eco-friendly, energy-saving, and carbon-reduction measures.

    3. Regarding climate warming impacts and transitional environmental issues, key subsidiaries have completed third-party ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory reports to monitor company emissions.

    4. Complied with safety production laws to perform and declare various inspections, including fire safety, wastewater/waste gas/noise testing, electrical safety, workplace hazardous factor testing, production emergency response plan reports, and environmental safety emergency response plan and risk assessment reports. All competent authorities' environmental regulations are strictly followed.

    1. Completed third-party verification to maintain a valid ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system.

    2. Formulated field safety goals, providing education to instill safe and healthy workplace concepts among employees and stakeholders.

    3. Conducted drills according to emergency response plans to cultivate employees' risk identification, emergency response, and self-management capabilities.

    Product Quality & Safety

    1. Products comply with various regulations, quality and reliability management systems, and hazardous substance management systems. Third-party verified management systems remain valid: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and QC 080000.

    2. Acquired AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification to provide cross-border customs clearance benefits for customers.

    3. Formulated customer service and complaint procedures for quality assurance, with dedicated units providing customer services and tailored complaint solutions. Completed annual customer satisfaction surveys as a basis for improvement and supervision.

    4. Pursued industry co-prosperity, complied with international norms, committed to RoHS, prohibited the use of conflict minerals, and established supplier management procedures. Effectively managed supply chain risks and performance to align with RBA/CSR norms; key subsidiaries completed RBA/CSR audits.

    Human Capital

    1. Valued labor laws and international human rights covenants to establish relevant management policies, promoting talent diversity.

    2. Built a healthy and high-efficiency team: valued talent retention and training, properly reflected business performance in employee compensation, and provided reasonable employee benefits.

    Social Friendliness

    Community engagement activities include nursing home visits, fire department appreciation, beach/mountain cleanups, and community sports competitions.

    Socioeconomic & Legal Compliance

    Group operations comply with local laws and regulations, international trade regulations, and customer product specifications. Our practices meet international standards for production environment, environmental safety, labor rights, and product quality.

    Anti-Corruption & Integrity

    Zero tolerance for corruption. All employees and stakeholders of the Group comply with the ethical management best practice principles, operating procedures, and behavioral guidelines. Complaint and whistleblowing procedures have been established.

    Strengthening Board Capabilities

    1. Amended the Articles of Incorporation to require that independent directors account for no less than one-third (1/3) of the Board.

    2. Purchased Directors and Officers (D&O) liability insurance to protect Board members against potential lawsuits or claims.

    3. The Corporate Governance Office regularly arranges for external third parties to promote, communicate, and update Board members on regulatory changes or industry information.

    Stakeholder Communication
